EWEB Employees FCU is closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak as it has been actively reported in Oregon.  We are taking precautions to help prevent the spread by increasing our cleaning measures throughout the day.

While we are doing all that we can to assure our staff and members well-being, we need your help.  If you are not feeling well, have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, traveled or have been near people with symptoms, please do not come into the credit union. If you need cash from the branch, please call ahead.  We can have the cash ready when you arrive and we will walk it outside to you.  You can make deposits in the night drop by the back door, we will be monitoring the night drop frequently throughout the day.

Many of you may wish to avoid any unnecessary trips out.  There are other options available to you.  Now would be a great to try the following options:

Online Banking – Use this resource to make transfers and payments.  It is also a single sign-on portal for bill pay and your VISA account with EWEB EFCU.  Log in to our website – www.myewebcu.org and go to the Online Banking entry field in the upper right corner.  If you already have an account, Log-in.   If not, click on the link just below the log-in “Enroll in Online Banking”. Mobile Banking – Our Mobile Banking App is available for your Mobile Devices for both Apple and Android. To use our Mobile App, you must first have an Online Banking Account.  Once you have an Online Banking Account, you can download our mobile banking app. The mobile banking app also has the ability to do Remote Deposit Capture.  Take a picture of the front and back of the check you wish to deposit and upload it through the app.  If you are having trouble, call us for assistance – 541-484-5304.

ATM’s – You can use an ATM to get cash, make deposits, or do a balance inquiry. You can use any CO-OP branded ATM without service charge.  Most credit unions are members of the CO-OP network.  You can also get cash back when you make purchases at retail merchants who take debit cards.
