COVID-19 Update
Update: April 3rd – Due to the increased threat of COVID-19 in Lane County, the EWEB Employees FCU lobby will remained closed until further notice. We are waiting on members one at a time at the door during regular hours Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Please call ahead with your transaction details to 541-484-5304 and we will have your transaction ready for you when you arrive. If you have not already done so, be sure to register for Online Banking and Mobile App. Bill Pay and Credit Card access are included within Online Banking with a single sign on. We have remote deposit capture convenience in the mobile app.
As an alternative convenience, you may access your account through the drive up window at Emerald Empire Credit Union located at 850 Beltline Rd – Springfield, OR 97477. Drive-up hours for our members are 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. Our reciprocal agreement with them specifies you need to present a valid photo id. You can make deposits and take cash withdrawals as you would in our lobby. They will call us for authorization prior to performing the transaction.
Yes, we are still making loans. We have implemented edoc signatures to close loans remotely. We are committed to the safety and well being of our members, our employees, and the community. Please stay safe!
